Buñuelos de Rodillo

Rolling pin Buñuelos

Ingredients:

In a bowl sift the first four ingredients and mix them well. In a second bowl stir well the next three ingredients, and when ready, start pouring the flour mix into this bowl and continue stirring. When all the flour is in the bowl, put it out and work it in the table, until you get a firm dough.

Make balls the size of a walnut, and place them in a tray, paint them with oil, and let them rest for 20 min. With the rolling pin make them flat, when all are flat, they go to the warm pan to get golden. Place them in a try with paper to absorb the oil.

When cold, spread a mix of sugar and powder cinnamon over them. The dough will be enough to prepare 12 or 15 pieces.
