Salsas

Salsas are sauces we prepare in Mexico to enhance our dishes. There are lots of different sauces, some are special for certain dishes, like "Salsa Taquera" to eat with tacos, or "Salsa Ranchera" the one which goes with fried eggs or steaks.

These salsas are also used like dips to eat with nachos (tostaditas) or pieces of chicharron. Mexican salsas do not need to be prepared in big amount since they just to add a little hot taste to our meals. So the hotter the better.

There are lots of ways to prepare a sauce, the ingredients can be raw, boiled and then fried, just boiled, or only grilled. Feel free to experiment, add ingredients or change the process, I am sure you will end up with something really delicious with a very Mexican taste.
